These 13 illustrations are professionally scanned and retouched from in-house owned vintage originals. They were scanned at 600 ppi (DPI) so are 2x the size of the original vintage postcards. This makes them large enough for many design needs.
There are 2 versions of each file. One version is a flattened JPEG that includes all the delicate painted shadows. The 2nd version is a PNG with the background transparent. I like using these 2 versions together on a textured background for a more blended look. The flat JPEG is set to the multiply blend mode so all those lovely shadow details blend with the background. Then, the PNG version with the isolated background is put over this layer to keep the vibrancy of the original.
You will also find Bonus printables of all the files, plus postcard versions. These are wonderful for scrapbooking, journalling, crafts or “Happy Mail.”

Compatibility
These are all JPEGs and PNGS, so should be compatible with all graphics software including Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Affinity, and Procreate. Note: Although Procreate can open these, you may want to resize the illustrations.
