I've used a tweaked version of the Rose Petaltexture from the Autumn Rain Collection for this Ranunculus flower image.
The flower itself is processed with the Topaz Labs* Clarity and Detailfilters, plus a wee bit of the Oil Paint filter in Photoshop CC.
The texture had a hue / saturation adjustment and I used it twice: once with the Multiple Blend Mode and again at Normal.
