How To Get Your Downloads — an Overview of 3 Ways

Downloads are available to you immediately. You can access your downloads 3 ways:

1. On the final Check-out page
2. An Email with Download Links
3. Access the Download Site at any time.
   

If You Can't Access Your Download Links Or Don't Get The Download Email

These are the top 2 reasons for not being able to get your downloads:

1. You aren't checking the same email address that you used to place the order. People have multiple email addresses and it's easy to forget which one you used. Try a few of your addresses, especially the one you use for Paypal.
2. There was a typo in the email address you entered for the order. Contact us and we'll get the email fixed for you and the links re-sent. Be sure you don't put a typo in the address on the contact form so we can answer you. Remember that email is case sensitive. Don't start your name with a capital letter if that isn't the way it is in the address.
3. If you have the download links, but are experiencing problems with the downloads or unzipping. See this FAQ PAGE.

It's our priority to get you your downloads as soon as possible. There may be time-zone differences, so please allow at least 24 hours for a response. It will most likely be sooner than that.

1. Downloads Are Available At Checkout

On the last page of the checkout procedure, you will see a link to get your downloads using your email address and order number.

Clicking on the Download button will take you to this Log-in menu. Enter the order number (see above) and email you used to place the order. Note: This would be the Paypal email.

2. You Will Receive A Confirmation By Email

An Order Confirmation and Download links are emailed to you immediately after check out. (2 different emails.)

Emails can sometimes get hung up in cyberspace/SPAM filters. You can also access your links directly on my download site:

3. Log Directly Into The Download Site

You can always go directly to my download site and log in with your email address (that you used to place the order) and your order number (Your order number is given on the final check out page and it is emailed to you after check out.) If you have lost this information, just contact me.
